Processing Time
My current processing time is 5-10 business days. I usually pack and send off orders 1-2 times a week depending on the quantity.

Shipping
I currently only ship to the UK, US and Canada on this store. Please check my etsy store for other locations!
Please refer to the times below for the estimated shipping time after your item has been dispatched. These estimates do not include the processing time.
UK: 2-5 Business Days
EVERYWHERE ELSE: 4-8 weeks

EU/NI
Unfortunately because of new regulations I am unable to ship to Northern Ireland and Europe for the time being. I apologise for the inconvenience :(
Customs and Taxes
As the buyer you are responsible for any customs, import taxes, tariffs and VAT that may apply during or after shipping.
Please check with your countries customs policies and import taxes before purchasing. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Cancellations + Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your order being received.
If you would like to cancel you order please fill out the contact form with your order number, or contact me at avairia.shop@gmail.com .
Please try and contact me asap within the first 24hrs as once your order has been dispatched I will no longer be able to cancel your order.
Once your order has arrived, if you still would like to cancel your order please contact me within 14 days of your package arriving.
Missing/Wrong/Damaged Items
There may be times where a little human error is involved and you might have received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order. If this is the case, please contact me at avairia.shop@gmail.com so I can help resolve this issue!
If your order has arrived damaged, please contact me with pictures of your order and the items effected and send them to avairia.shop@gmail.com so I can review and help you with the effected items!
